TVMT: The Man Who Steals Honor – Part 3

As we have shown, conclusively, the Bureau of Central Interpol/Interpolcom/International Police Commission are organisations involved in illegal activities. Now let us look at Tiburcio Villamor Marcos Tallano, a convicted criminal with a record of bank fraud.

He claims to be a king, yet is monarch of no nation. He claims to own thousands of tonnes of gold but cannot afford his own regalia and has his face photoshopped onto uniforms he is not entitled to wear with awards and qualifications he did not earn.

That alone makes him a fraud.

In this photograph, Mr. Tallano poses as Commander-in-Chief of the British Army’s Welsh Guards, thus claiming he is a qualified pilot and parachutist. It is not Royal regalia.

This is the original photograph with annotations.

In this photograph he claims to be a Rear-Admiral in the Spanish Navy.

Here is the original image onto which he photoshopped his head.

In this photograph Mr Tallano claims to be a seven star general in the US Rangers. He never served in the US Rangers, nor any other military force anywhere in the world. Needless to say, the claim of being a candidate for Secretary-General of the UN is fraudulent.

Wearing military awards you have not earned is called ‘stolen valour’

I will allow one of Mr Tallano’s promoters thhe last word on this aspect of his fraud, without comment.

I shall allow, without further comment, one of Mr. Tallano’s apologists to defend his fraud.

His sole award is a criminal record after being prosecuted for bank fraud in 2002 following his arrest in Hong Kong in 2001 after trying to scam 90 billion USD from a non-existent account at HSBC.

“A Filipino man claiming to be a son of ex-president Ferdinand Marcos told a court yesterday he stopped in Hong Kong on his way to meet President Jiang Zemin and Premier Zhu Rongji in Beijing to discuss mainland development projects.

Tiburcio Villamor Tan Marcos, 53, is accused of seeking to withdraw US$90 billion (HK$702 billion) from HSBC with bogus documents.” Reported the South China Morning post in February 2002.

You can read the South China Morning Post report here.

Mr. Tallano, who goes by several aliases including  Alex Poyatos Chua Tai Lee, Anthony Santiago Martin, Peter Patrick Nash , and Thomas Masters, was found guilty and convicted, as reported in the London Telegraph:

Like the other two claimants, Mr Tiburcio Tallano, through his Alpha-Omega cult, retains a foot hold in real estate scams, like this attempt in Lapu-Lapu City.

So, Mr Tallano is a convicted fraud, with a record of faking documents, who heads several provably fraudulent organisation involved in illegal activiities.

Any questions?
